合并报表财务模型的累计数自动计算

合并报表财务模型的累计数自动计算功能与通用财务模型的累计数自动计算功能都是为了解决当期数和累计数自动转换的业务需求,但是两者在计算规则上有一些不同。

合并报表财务模型的累计数自动计算逻辑会结合场景维Scenario,科目维Account,变动维Movement,期间维Period和视图维View五个维度的维度成员组合,选定对应的计算逻辑。具体计算过程如下:

财务模型会根据当前科目维成员的科目类型属性判断科目类型的大类。科目类型大类共分为四类,其中ASSET,LIABILITY,EQUITY,BALANCE属于资产负债类;REVENUE,EXPENSE,FLOW属于损益类;NoType和LABLE各自是一类。

其中资产负债类和损益类的科目需要进一步结合Scenario成员和Movement成员才能决定读写逻辑: 当Scenario成员对应的录入类型为当期发生额时,View维仅能在Periodic成员上录数,其他View成员的数据会动态计算。 当Scenario成员对应的录入类型为累计余额时,View维仅能在YTD成员上录数,其他View成员的数据会动态计算。

例如对于科目成员A(科目类型为ASSET),Scenario成员Actual(资产负债类科目存储为累计余额),对应的数据在View维度的YTD成员上可写,View其他成员只读,并且其他成员的值均为查询时动态计算。

而对于另外两种特殊的科目类型: NoType类型也即无类型,可以在所有view成员上录入数据,并且查询时所有数据均为同一个值。 LABLE类型无法存数,也取不到任何数据。

对于NoType科目类型,不论Scenario配置的录入类型是什么,也不论Movement的变动类型是什么,均在所有View成员上可以录数,并且所有View成员上存储是同一个值(例如先在YTD上录入1,之后再在Periodic上录入2,此时YTD的值也会变为2)。并且NoType类型可以在所有期间维成员上录数。
